Just thought I should clarify that before we get down the road too far. I will write when I feel like it. I will read your comments, I might respond to them. The dialogue IS the point. This is a safe place to disagree with each other and to work through conflict. The conflict will often remain, but talking about the inner conflict and being honest about our real feelings, is what will make us better people.
